Basement installation and delivery costs start at €1,690 (excluding VAT). Before ordering your basement, one of our specialists will visit you and provide a free consultation regarding installation options for your property. Our specialist will help you choose the optimal location for excavation and determine the type of excavation work—with or without lowering the groundwater level.
To prevent groundwater from washing away the basement during installation, it is secured to the reinforced concrete blocks with stainless steel chains.
Since a mini-excavator or tractor is used during basement construction, please consider the accessibility of heavy equipment to your property.
